Local 120 - 2004 Negotiations Proposals
Despite the City's claim,
mediation has not concluded, the mediator is still assigned to our case,
and may be brought back in at any time to continue negotiations if necessary.
The following links are scans of
the various offers and counter offers, in chronological order,
for you to see exactly what the City has been offering all along, vs. what the
Union has proposed.
Compare the March, May and July proposals to
the October proposal posted on the City-Web and,
if you can, explain where the
City has made any movement at all towards settlement.
Also note how many 'Last & Best Offers' that have been proposed by the City.
